Providing administrative support and general education to women caught in the cross-hairs of high-conflict marriage.
At Pre-Vorce, we specialize in providing administrative and educational support to women navigating high-conflict marriages. Our goal is to empower our clients with insider knowledge and hacks about the family law system, and to help them make informed decisions about how to select the best attorney and law firm prior to filing for divorce. We will work with pro-se litigants (those without representation), but we cannot interfere with an established attorney/client relationship.
Our services build your confidence to drive your case, understand your attorney's actions, speak the legal language, learn investigative and documentation skills to "paper" your case properly, and reduce your dependency on high-priced lawyers in the future.
DISCLAIMER: We are NOT licensed attorneys and cannot provide legal advice particular to your case. Our services are administrative in nature and for educational purposes only. Please seek a licensed attorney in your state to request legal advice.
We want you to keep your life savings and your kids' college funds where they belong - with you.
Please reach us at support@pre-vorce.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Our area of expertise includes a dual-perspective experience - anyone employed by Pre-Vorce has been through the wringer in a high-conflict divorce and an excruciating custody battle with a narcissist. Some of us have worked for decades in the family law arena as paralegals, mediators, private process servers, or administrative personnel. Having been on both sides of the aisle, we can identify with the emotional and mental turmoil the betrayal of divorce brings, from the abusive spouse to the courts, law firms, attorneys, and appointed court personnel who we believed were there to protect us. We have also "worked in the kitchen" of law firms and for judges and know how what they expect of the people who walk into their court.
You can schedule a consultation with one of our Case Developers by filling out the contact form on our website. We will get back to you promptly to schedule a time that works for you.
We do offer a free 15-minute consultation and offer two scholarships a year. Funds are donated by former clients, or kind individuals who are interested in "paying it forward" to women who suffer a marriage of domestic violence, emotional abuse, or financial abuse. Our scholarships are announced on January 20th and July 11th of each year. You can email us at support@pre-vorce.com to inquire about scholarship opportunities.
Pre-Vorce does not employ licensed attorneys and therefore are forbidden by law to provide legal advice. We take that very seriously. We can educate you about court processes, law firm billing procedures, and general education about expectations surrounding a divorce, but our objective is to teach you to build a file, or dossier, that will enable any attorney you retain to quickly access documents, timelines, and best evidence, saving you hundreds (and potentially thousands) in legal fees.
Shoot us an email - we do our best to respond within 24 hours, but usually sooner.
